One One Six Bedford Self-catering Cottages opened its doors back in 2019, and is owned and managed by Rossouw and Elmarie Kruger. They reside on a nearby farm in Hoedspruit where they cultivate and export various mango and citrus cultivars. They are passionate about tourism and sharing the beauty of the Lowveld with visitors.

Check-in time to your cottage is allowed between 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM and Checkout time is required at 10:00AM to prepare the cottage for the arriving guests.

1 month before check-in date: 75% payback of deposit
1 week before check-in date: 50% payback of deposit
Less than 1 week before check-in date: 0% payback of deposit

All our cottages are provided with clean linen, towels, extra pillows and blankets as well as bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

All our cottages are pet-friendly – our Daniel-Frederik Kruger Cottage is separately fenced to allow your furry friends some space to play. However, our 2-sleeper cottages are unfenced within the larger property and we kindly request your furry friends to be on a leash when outdoors for the safety and privacy of other guests and to ensure they do not disturb other guests during your stay.

No pets allowed on any furniture or linen within the cottages. A penalty fee of R1500 will be charged as a result of damage caused to any furniture, linen or any
other items on the property or any disturbances to other guests by pets.

• No smoking inside the cottages allowed. Ash trays are provided on the
  exterior patios of each cottage.
